Tradition Aleppo soap is intended for the daily cleansing of the whole family. It can also be used as a face mask for radiant, clear skin. Its softness predisposes it to normal and sensitive skin. Ideal for dry and very dry skin.
It was in Syria, in the city of Aleppo, that the famous Aleppo soap was born, made from local products very abundant in the region, more than 3,500 years ago. It was the Crusaders who brought Aleppo soap to the West in the Middle Ages. It is the ancestor of Marseille soap and of all the solid soaps of today.
All Alepia Aleppo soaps have a very slow cooking time. Their refining takes a minimum of 9 months, making each of them a special soap. The amounts of laurel indicated correspond to the percentage of laurel in relation to the total of the oils.
